Refund policy

Change your mind about a painting or journal or other handmade piece? I am happy to accept returns and provide you with a refund (minus the original cost of shipping) provided your purchase is returned unused and undamaged. Since I am a solo creator and not a big-box, online retail store, return shipping is your responsibility (if you are local, I am more than happy to meet at NoMa Warehouse to gather the order from you). Once the order has been received on my end, a refund (again, minus the original cost of shipping) will be issued to you.

Custom Order Refunds

The above refund policy does not apply to any custom orders. Since a piece was created specifically for you, I cannot offer a refund for any custom order.

Workshop Refunds

Since I do order supplies based on attendance, sadly any cancellations made by attendees 3 days prior to the workshop are non-refundable. However, I am more than happy to transfer the tickets to a friend ! If you'd like to do this for a ticket you have purchased, please reach out to me via email (jessica.ream@gmail.com) to do so.
