This month we will be drawing on the tarot for a bit of journaling inspiration. For some of you, I understand the thought of Tarot may cause some discomfort or unease or even some fear, and I respect that.
I see you.
I hear you.
But, for those who feel trepidation around the mention of Tarot, may I take a moment to pose an alternative perspective? Rather than seeing it as a potentially dangerous doorway into the occult, or as a part of witchcraft, or "insert anything scary you may have been told about Tarot here", what if you viewed it as nothing more than as a tool. A tool you can use to tap into your intuition in order to access the knowledge you already know deep within you, but that sometimes get lost amongst the noise and bustle. A Rorschach Test of sorts, if you will.
Have I eased your mind a bit? Wonderful! Then let us begin.
------------
Pick a card: 1, 2 or 3.
Again, don't over think it, just go with your gut reaction.

Next, find your card and allow yourself to mediate on it. What comes to mind? What thoughts and feelings arise? What does it remind you of? What do you see in the card? Does it answer questions you've been pondering? Does it bring others to mind? It is not important to try and figure out what the card means in the grander scheme of Tarot, only what it means to you.
However, I have included a short interpretation provided by the Tarot Handbook for those curious. But I do invite you to reflect on card's meaning to you first.

These aspects manifest themselves in different, often contradicting and conflicting characteristics in one person.
