As you sat and took a deep breath in, what thoughts rose to the surface?
As you released the breath, what thoughts seemed to be released along side it?
As you sat with eyes closed, allowing the body to become quiet, what thoughts did you notice tugging at the edges of your mind? Tapping, asking to be observed?
Give yourself permission to write them down, in their true form, unedited - this is your sacred space to let go in after all. There is no judgement. Invite yourself to follow (even if it you're doing it a bit scared) where ever the thoughts guide you.
Maybe today you just dip your toe in; simply writing the thought down and then closing your journal.
Maybe tomorrow (or the next day) you return to follow it one more step. Move at your own pace, but most importantly, give yourself permission to take that next step. And the next step, and the next, and the next...
